FAQ

1. Tax will not be charged on out of state customers, only Florida residence must pay sales tax. Your receipt will reflect the proper charges. 2.Pieces in stock will be shipped 24 hours from time of order. Pieces that are created for a specific order typically turn around in 3-5 business days. Back ordered stock will be shipped in up to 4 weeks, depending on availability. 3. Hand made glass pieces are all one of a kind, each one is unique and as hard as we try to make it exactly like the product image, their will be some variation from piece to piece. 4. Most shipments will go out USPS priority mail unless otherwise noted.
